Capital structure

Our total capital amounts to €251,502,928.06 and is represented by 42,272,952 fully paid‑up ordinary shares (=denominator). The Company has no preferential shares. Each of these shares grants one voting right at the general meeting, and these shares therefore constitute the denominator for the purposes of notifications under the transparency regulations. There are no outstanding bonds, options, warrants or other securities that give entitlement to shares, nor are there any preferred shares or non‑voting shares.

In accordance with Article 18, §1 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the Disclosure of Major Shareholdings, the articles of association of Care Property Invest provide, in addition to the legal threshold of 5%, for an additional statutory threshold for transparency notifications of 3% of the total number of voting rights.
