WHO WE ARE
Our corporate culture
At Care Property Invest, we believe that happy and motivated employees are our greatest assets. In our modern offices in Schoten, surrounded by beautiful greenery, we work every day to create a stimulating and dynamic working environment with a strong focus on quality and innovation.
A strong corporate culture also recognises the importance of a healthy work–life balance. We offer our employees every opportunity for personal and professional growth, supported by competitive remuneration, an attractive package of fringe benefits, and extensive training and development opportunities.

Sustainable mobility
Personal growth
We encourage our employees to acquire as much knowledge as possible — through training courses, workshops, webinars and more — and to make full use of their Individual Learning Entitlement.
Depending on their role, every employee is entitled to at least five days of training. In addition, we regularly organise in-house trainings (information sessions) to share knowledge across the organisation. Investing in yourself and building expertise throughout your career — that’s what we stand for.
Engaged employees
Even beyond the office walls, we are an active and dynamic team. At Care Property Invest, we attach great importance to connection and engagement. Throughout the year, we organise a wide range of activities: from teambuilding events and sports activities to our Saint Nicholas celebration and annual barbecue. We also actively contribute to social initiatives such as volunteering in residential care centres, litter clean‑up actions, blood donation and ‘cycle‑to‑work’ days.
In 2025, we took things a step further with our brand‑new sponsorship programme. We have chosen to support AAP vzw. Through their Aamaai project, trained handlers and their affectionate animals (the AAI teams) visit residential care centres, schools and therapeutic institutions. Their warm visits bring comfort, joy and genuine human connection – something we wholeheartedly support.
To help this wonderful initiative grow, we are organising a wide range of internal and external fundraising activities: from hotdog and spaghetti sales to sporting challenges and a lively quiz night.
Together, we make a difference – for one another and for society.
