Our complaints policy is open to everyone. We treat all complaints confidentially and aim to reach a solution through dialogue in which you can feel confident.
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within five working days. Depending on the nature of the complaint and the required investigation, we aim to provide a solution within four weeks of that acknowledgement. Throughout the process, we will keep you informed of the progress.
