• 1995-October: The establishment of Serviceflats Invest NV on the initiative of the Flemish government on 30 October.
    • Objective: the construction and financing of service flats for public welfare centres and social non-profit organisations.
    • Field of action: the Flemish Region and the Brussels-Capital Region.
    • Program: design, build and finance 2,000 service flats with high architectural and structural quality; Initiators receive subsidies from the Flemish Government.
  • 1996-February: IPO on Euronext Brussels
  • 1996-July: Press Conference on 3 July with presentation of the first two projects.
  • 2000: Granting of the Innovation Award, on 11 July, by the Wüstenrot Stiftung in the international competition on “technology and housing of elderly people”, chosen from 139 submissions.
  • 2001: Incorporation of the reserves in the capital.
  • 2010 – 2012: Elaboration last project plan 2008 – 2009. Study and implementation of projects in full speed – investment program full.
  • 2012: Investment program 2,000 flats practically completed. The board of directors decides to make amendments to the Articles of Association in preparation of the relaunch of Serviceflats Invest.
  • 2013-August: Amendments to the Articles of Association to expand the objective and investment policy of the company: from now on the company can invest in all projects included in the residential care decree (residential care centres, service centres, assisted-living complexes, and in all forms of residential accommodation for people with disabilities, both in the Flemish, Walloon and Brussels-Capital Region and throughout the European Economic Area.
  • 2014-March: Serviceflats Invest becomes Care Property Invest and builds its future.
    Share split: from 24 March, every share in the company is represented by 1,000 Care Property Invest shares.
    Listing shares: as from 24 March the ordinary split shares are listed and marketable on the Euronext Brussels continuous market.
  • 2014-May: Since 25 November 2014, Care Property Invest has the status of a public Regulated Real Estate Company (public RREC) under Belgian law
  • 2014-November: A capital increase takes place in the context of an optional dividend.
  • 2015-January: New address from 12 January 2015 Horstebaan 3 in 2900 Schoten.
  • 2015-June: Capital increase 22 June 2015: Care Property Invest raised just over 38 million euros.
  • 2015: Real estate portfolio in full expansion: by the end of 2015, already 6 new investments for a total contractual value of approximately 74 million euros.
  • 2016-February: The share celebrates its 20th anniversary on Euronext Brussels.
  • 2016-June: For the purpose of providing the best possible management support for the development of Care Property Invest’s activities and ensuring continuity within the Company, The Company is establishing an Management Committee.
  • 2016-October: Inclusion of Care Property Invest’s share as BEL Mid Cap in the BEL Mid-Index.
  • 2016-December: The Company becomes a member of the EPRA organisation in December 2016, as a result of which the EPRA performance indicators are included in the annual and half-yearly financial reports from now on.
  • 2017: The first projects in the Walloon and Brussels Capital Regions have been acquired.
  • 2017-March: The Company proceeds with a capital increase in kind in March through the contribution in kind of the project in Watermael-Bosvoorde (Brussels-Capital Region). The capital increase amounts to approximately €34 million. As a result, as from 15 March 2017, there are 15,028,880 fully paid-up shares.
  • 2017-October: In october, the Company proceeds with a capital increase in cash with an irreducible allocation right. Care Property Invest raises more than €72 million gross. As a result, as from 27 October 2017, there are 19,322,845 fully paid-up shares. By 31 December 2017, 128% of this amount had already been invested.
  • 2018-September: Entry onto the Dutch market.
  • 2019-April: In April, the Company proceeds with a capital increase in kind through the contribution of the project in Genval (Walloon Brabant). The capital increase generates approximately €16.4 million. As a result, as of 3 April 2019 there are 20,086,876 fully paid-up shares.
  • 2019-May-June: optional dividend in May/June with a subscription ratio of 57%. 307,870 new shares were issued for a total issue price of €6,688,783.62.
  • 2019-November: Inclusion in the Euronext Next 150 Index
  • 2020-May: A capital increase takes place within the framework of an optional dividend subscribed to by 52.2% of the shareholders. As a result, equity is strengthened by €6,970,784.32 and 21,918,213 new shares have been issued.
  • 2020-June: The Company enters the Spanish market with the acquisition of the new construction project ‘Emera Mostoles’ in Mostoles (Madrid).
  • 2020-June: A capital increase in cash through an accelerated private placement (ABB) takes place. As a result, 2,191,821 new shares have been issued.
