As in previous years, Care Property Invest has received the highest distinction at the annual EPRA BPR & sBPR Awards ceremony. The awards were presented during the EPRA Annual Conference, which took place in Milan from 8 to 10 September 2026.

EPRA, the European Public Real Estate Association, is a non-profit organisation representing listed real estate companies and investors in Europe. BPR stands for ‘Best Practices Recommendations’.

For the tenth consecutive year, Care Property Invest receives a BPR Gold Award for its reporting on the 2025 financial year. Our sustainability report has also once again received gold recognition, with a fifth consecutive sBPR Gold Award.
