With the acquisition of 9 operational healthcare real estate locations from Korian Belgium, representing a total investment value of €142.6 million, we are once again placing growth at the heart of our strategy. This acquisition immediately expands our portfolio to 159 projects and results in an increase in both portfolio size and fair value with more than 10%, fully in line with our strategic focus on EPS growth.

We intend to finance this transaction through a capital increase, in addition to debt financing consisting of both new debt facilities and the takeover of attractive existing debt facilities at the target companies.

Moreover, this transaction significantly enhances the overall quality of our portfolio by delivering:

✔ a lower average age of the buildings
✔ a lower effort rate
✔ lower average energy consumption across the entire portfolio
