On Monday, January 5^th, Care Property Invest had the honor of being invited to open the trading day at Euronext Brussels. This symbolic bell-ringing ceremony took place to mark three important milestones: 30 years of Care Property Invest, 30 years of being listed on the stock exchange, and a recently and successfully completed capital increase.

In addition, a new development project in Alicante was recently added to the portfolio, providing an extra reason for a festive start to 2026.

CEO Patrick Couttenier rang the opening bell and signed the “golden book”, accompanied on stage by the other members of the executive management team: Filip Van Zeebroeck (CFO), Valérie Jonkers (COO), Willem Van Gaver (CLO), and Philip De Monie (CBDO), and in the presence of other colleagues, board members, and partners.
