Care Property Invest has completed the sale of the project ‘De Nieuwe Ceder’ located on Parijsestraat in Deinze (East Flanders). The residential care project for people with non-congenital brain injury, comprising 86 residential units and completed in 2019, has been transferred to Leieborg vzw. The sale generated market-based proceeds of €9.4 million.
