Care Property Invest announces the completion of the new-build project ‘Saamborgh Almelo’, located in the Dutch province of Overijssel. The sustainable care residence has an investment value of approximately €8.9 million and provides accommodation for 42 elderly residents.

For the operation of this development project, Care Property Invest is entering into a collaboration with Saamborgh for the second time. Saamborgh is a regional Dutch care organisation that offers small-scale residential care for elderly people in need of assistance. As with the first project in Ruurlo, this concerns a long-term triple net lease agreement with a minimum term of 20 years (extendable and rents annually indexed).

Following the completion of Saamborgh Ruurlo, Care Property Invest is further expanding its cooperation with Saamborgh through the delivery of a second outstanding development project.

CEO Patrick Couttenier is proud of this ‘historic’ achievement.
