Repurchase of own shares
Care Property Invest NV announces that the Board of Directors has decided to start a share buy-back programme for a total amount of up to 180,000 EUR to acquire up to 7,500 shares, and this within the limits of the (renewed) authorisation to buy back own shares, as granted by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 15 June 2020.
