Complaints policy
At Care Property Invest we take all complaints seriously and believe a formal complaints policy can help us identify lessons for improving our processes and avoid future harms. If you would like to make a complaint then we would recommend you do so in writing but please get in touch with us by whatever method suits you best – post, phone or email.

The complaints policy is open to everyone and all complaints are treated confidentially, with the aim to reach mutually agreed solutions through dialogue. We will try and resolve your complaint as quickly as we can, whereby we aim to provide you with an acknowledgement of receipt within five working days and, depending on the nature of the complaint and the investigations required, aim to resolve any complaint with four weeks after acknowledgement. In any event, we will keep you duly informed about the progress of your complaint at all times.
